TO GET MORE SPECIFIC I screen tenants thoroughly, which has become more important with

this economy, as foreclosures and bankruptcies are becoming common. Procuring a stable tenant for my owners is a priority.

I collect rents, and have no problem with tenants coming to my office. Your tenants are made to feel comfortable coming in to see me to pay rent or ask questions.

I perform comprehensive accounting and reporting. I advertise and speak directly to prospective tenants promoting all

aspects of your property. I show your properties personally. I am experienced in the handling of legal issues. With the increasing

proliferation of litigation, it’s something that is vital. Contracts, documents, and more paperwork – I know how to protect

my owners with all necessary and appropriate paperwork. I will support you with maintenance, without adding any commission
