With reference to the above referred letters, we humbly submit the compliance

for the violation of the Environment (Protection) Act 1986 and notification of the

MOEF dtd 12.12.2012 and 27.06.2013 in respect of expansion of our Distillery

Plant ( from 30 KLPD to 60 KLPD) Project as fallows-

1. As per para number 2 (i) of your above letter dtd. 1 0.11.2014, we have

already submitted the Board Resolution of our Board of Directors

meeting no 7 held on 23. 12.2014 along with our above referred letter

dtd.24.12.2014, in consideration of Environment related policy/plan of

action and a written commitment to ensure that Violation of the

Environment (protection) act will not be repeated in future by the

company. However we are submitting the copy of the said Board

Resolution dtd .23.12.2014 here with again for your ready reference.

Maharashtra has initiated credible aetion against oUr unit for Violation

of the Act by taking necessary legal action under section 15 of the Act

in the Court of Hon'ble Chief Judicial Magistrate, Osmanabad under

case rleg$tralion no-30016812015, Dtd. 08.04.?015. The eopy of the

said case status is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

3. ,,1 Respectedl $ir, Since we have taken appropriate action as per your

directions in complianee with Violaiion of Act for our expansion of

Distillery Plant (from 30 KLPD to 60 KLPD) by placing the matter

before of our Board of Directrr,rs and h,ave submitted the Board

Reso.lution Within the stipulated time limit, The Governnnent of

Maharashtr:a, Environment Department has also taken necessary legal

action by filling a case against us in the Court of Hon'ble Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Osmanabad. Further we have not taken any action for

carrying out any construction and operation activity further.

Hence, your Honor is hereby humbly requested to take further necessary

aotion for issuing, Enviionment Cleaiince for Expansion of Distillery Plant

(from 30 KLPD to 60 KLPD) at suruey no. 290, Sainagar Ranjani, Tal. Kallam,
