Context: 2 entrepreneurs suggest to use wasteland under a bridge over the river Rhone. They plan to settle an urban farm and a restaurant.
Concept:
• Collect wastes and coffee grounds from neighborhood (citizens, restaurants, cafés)
• Grow chickens from wastes, mushrooms and vegetables from the compost
• Cook and heat with power from the river• Enjoy sustainable omelets in an
eco-friendly and amazing setting !
Resilience : No packaging, no loss, no transport. The whole structure could be moved in case of flooding.Linked to educational projects.
