PROCEDURE FOR RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:To book your chosen cruise, contact your travel agent. Provided that the cruise and cabin you choose is available, a provi-sional booking will be made which will be confirmed once a 30% deposit is given. With this booking you accept the terms of this booklet, on behalf of all persons who make a reservation, including minors. The rest of the payment must be made at least 30 days before departure. If however, the reservation is made 30 days or less before departure, the entire amount for your cruise must be paid upon booking.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE THE CRUISEWhat travel documents are needed• A valid passport or European identity card (valid for at least 6 months)• Cruise ticket• Visa, if required by the countries you are visiting. Customers who do not have the necessary documents will not be allowed to board the cruise ship, which is why the cruise company will not bear any liability or obligation to refund. European Nation-als can visit Sarande and Kotor. Other Nationals must check before booking.

Clothing for the port of call & CruiseWe recommend comfortable walking shoes, comfortable clothes, hat and sunglasses. At religious sites, shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed. On the cruise you should have with you: a swimsuit, sunscreen and sunglasses for the pool. It is prohibited to enter the dining room with a swimsuit. A light jacket is recommended, as all areas are air conditioned. For formal evenings it is recommended that all gentlemen wear a jacket and for ladies to wear evening dresses. For informal evenings casual attire is recommended.

BaggageAlthough there is no limit to the amount of luggage, remember that the area of your cabin, as spacious as it may be, is limited. Please have in mind that you have space for two suitcases and two pieces of hand luggage in a cabin.All luggage must be labeled with the luggage tag that is included in your ticket before boarding. You are not allowed to carry on you or transport in your luggage dangerous or illegal items or drinks. Do not accept to carry luggage or parcels from a third party. In case of loss, you should immediately notify the Customer Service Office of the cruise ship you are traveling on.

BoardingBefore boarding a cruise ship, you must first go through passport control followed

by the boarding process.Company personnel will be there to assist you, if needed. You need to have your passport / ID and your ticket handy. Your cruise ticket will show your boarding time.

ValuablesWe recommend that you do not place money or valuables in your luggage or leave them exposed in your cabin. Both cruise ships have lockers for storing valuable items or a small safe in the cabin. Caution: MSC Cruises will not be responsi-ble in the event of any loss.

SERVICES OFFERED ON BOARDMeals on board: It is required, at the time of booking, to choose the dining seating time you require.First Seating starts around: 18:30 - 19:00 Second Seating starts around: 20:30 - 21:00Breakfast and lunch are served without a booking at your designated restaurant or at the Buffet restaurant on deck 13 which is open 20 hours per day.

Medical ServicesAll cruise ships have a doctor. The doctors working hours are announced daily, however in emergency cases, passen-gers receive immediate treatment. Each medical service and medication provided, is charged accordingly. Any special needs or illness that needs treatment, should be declared at the time of reservation.Passengers with accompanying persons with special needs are solely responsi-ble for them. Women who are pregnant should not have passed the sixth month of pregnancy and is necessary to produce a certificate from their doctor confirming that they are fit to travel.

Electricity - Laundry - IroningThe Electric power is 110/220 volts. All cabins have an electric hair-dryer as well as a socket for an electric shaver. It is prohibited to use an iron in your cabin. For this reason, laundry and ironing ser-vices are available on board. Prices vary depending on the type of clothes. You can get all the necessary information from the valet service.

Telephone communication during the cruiseBoth ships have satellite communications systems so that passengers can send and receive phone calls and faxes with auto-matic call and with the applicable rate. It is also possible to send e-mails. For the use of mobile phones you are advised to contact your mobile service provider.

Beauty Salon - Hairdresser - Fitness - Spa Both cruise ships have a beauty salon, hair salon and spa, whose services have an additional charge. The use of the gym is free.

ShopsBoth cruise ships have shops where you can find accessories, clothing, souvenirs, jewelry, perfumes, cosmetics, cigarettes, etc.

What is the program on the cruise? Every night you find in your cabin the next day’s program which includes arrival and departure times at the port of call, meal times, the entertainment program and any information you should know. On both MSC Musica and MSC Magnifica the programs are in English, Italian and other international languages.

Optional Excursions at the arrival portsYou can book optional excursions at the excursion office onboard and get infor-mation about the arrival ports. To avoid any disappointment, we recommend that you pre book your optional excursions through your travel agent. Optional tours are conducted in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish depending on demand.

How do I pay for my purchases on-board? The Official on board currency is EURO. Upon embarkation, you must open an account in your name and the number of your cabin is automatically set up. You may chose to either link this account to your Bank’s credit/debit card or to deposit an amount in cash. You will be given a card that acts as your cabin’s key as well as your charge card for any purchases on board. At the end of the cruise you can settle your balance using your credit card or cash.

SmokingSmoking in restaurants is not permitted. On both MSC Musica and MSC Magnifica there are specially designated areas for smokers as well as a special smoking lounge where you can enjoy a variety of cigars and tobacco.

What should I do on the last night of the cruise - disembarkation?Follow the directions given, prepare your luggage and place them where you have been advised to, making sure that that they are locked and that the tag with your name is on your luggage. Your luggage can be picked up the next day at the dock. Be sure to check and pay your bills and tips, and pick up your passport and any valuables you have stored in the safe.

Service Charge - TipsGratuities are paid at the end of the cruise or charged directly to your account and include valet services and waiting services during meals. The service charge for the cruises mentioned in this brochure is € 10 per person per night for adults and chil-dren over 12 years old and €5 per child per night for children between the ages of 2-12 years.
