The “Luxuria”, a two bedroom, two bath, 1650 +/- s.f. vessel features floor-to-ceiling impact low E windows with

motorized shades, state of the art Lutron Electrical (internet) system, spacious living room with open flowing floor

plan, contemporary LED six foot linear fireplace, a chef-quality modern kitchen featuring: Caesar stone counters and

backsplash, Bosch appliances and a “one of a kind glass designed” modern contemporary wine cool storage. The

spacious, extravagant open staircase with stainless steel railings, leads to the luxurious master suite featuring spa-like

bathrooms with soaking tub, a flat screen TV and ultramodern showers. The vessel also features three (3) large-screen

TVs, computer/working area, two large outdoor living decks linked by spiral stairs, as well as many other numerous

luxury amenities. The “Luxuria” is currently located at the Lauderdale Marine Center in Fort Lauderdale and will soon

relocate to the upscale Bahia Mar Resort and Yachting Center located on the world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Entrance custom impact resistant PVC with Internal blinds between glass for privacy Exterior wall framing 2”x 6” 16”oc with plywood 5-8”. Interior wall framing 2”x 4” metal Custom design roof /floor trusses 24”oc with plywood 5-8” roof, 3-4” T&G floors, 3-8” finished. Vapor Shield exterior wrap shield weather resistant air barrier. Roofing and second floor deck, TPO GAF 60 white over dens deck for sound mitigation. Exterior soffits, box beams and columns PVC Azek. Extrutect smooth gloss exterior panels PVC panels 2’0” widths, easy to clean and maintain. Bow deck 1st deck, entry, 2nd off Captain Quarters PVC. Railings stainless steel posts with stainless cables. Helm Sea Star electronic power steering system. Two (2) Yamaha 225 HP Outboard engines. Running lights led. Spiral stairs (Exterior) between First Floor and Master Bedroom decks.
