Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living at Moorestown

estled within the historic town of Moorestown, New Jersey, Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living is a fellowship of seniors residing in a charming and friendly community.

Our assisted living residence offers peace of mind with the comfort of 24-hour care available when needed. There is a dedicated area for the memory impaired which offers added security and additional monitoring by nursing professionals.

At Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living, it’s not just about living in a community. Our residents inspire everything we do. For example, the ‘artist’ influences creative therapies, like a trip to the theater, or participating in the resident art show. The ‘athlete’ might lead the walking club or attend a Phillies game. Our community gives residents a sense of purpose and continued pride in their interests and abilities. Whether one needs gentle reminders, physical assistance, or specialized memory care, the assisted living care team helps our residents live better every day.

Prescription for WellnessEach resident’s prescription for wellness is determined by the degree of assistance they require with their activities of daily living (ADLs), programming, and environmental abilities. Our resident services director will conduct a pre-admission clinical assessment prior to the resident moving into the community. Results from the assessment are used to identify the amount of assistance and the areas of support the resident requires each day in order to maintain their overall health and wellness.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) include:Medication Administration Feeding/EatingMobility Personal Hygiene/GroomingBathing/Showering Continence (plus cost of supplies)

Dressing/Undressing Conditioning Programs

Based on the results of the clinical assessment, if it is determined that the resident will need assistance with any of the above ADLs, a level of care charge is assigned and added to the daily room rate.

If the resident requires ancillary items, such as medical supplies, one-on-one supervision, transportation (>10 miles), personal laundry service, or telephone service, each is available for an additional fee.

As the resident’s needs change over time, Lutheran Crossings also offers onsite skilled nursing care, as well as rehabilitation. This continuum of care enables our residents to age in place.

Services And AmenitiesDaily room rates include three meals each day, regular housekeeping services, use of laundry facilities, maintenance, utilities*, and recreational activities. *Excludes telephone.

Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities with fellow residents, family members, and visitors at Lutheran Crossings. To encourage a social atmosphere, both structured and spontaneous activities occur on each assisted living floor, daily. From group crosswords, bingo, and crafts, to Wii video games, exercise classes, and pet visits. Frequent trips and outings are planned for residents who would like to participate. Special occasions and holidays are also celebrated with themed dining, family picnics, and open houses.
