New Graphene Material ModelGraphene is now modeled using a surface conductivity

Treating graphene as a 2-D material leads to faster simulations

Two new components were added to the GUI in FDTD and MODE:

• New surface conductivity model was added to the material database

• Surface object was added to the list of geometric primitives
