These books are a rebrand of the oxford dictionary collections for music, archeology and genetics. I wanted to aviod the books looking like generic dictionaries which is why i decided to use such large imagery and went for the 3D style.

I was contacted by a local cafe that explained they were presenting a film night showing a snowboarding documentary featuring ‘Jeremy Jones’.They gave me the information they wanted on the poster and left the rest to me.

Photography books - Here After

Here i was asked to pair up with a photography student at university, i was given a collection of photos and was asked to create a book.I chose to use a hand rendered type printed onto tracing paper to give the book a more personal impression as the photos are based on a journey of growing up.

This magazine article was the outcome of a unversity brief where i was given the title ‘Eternal’.The brief focused on art direction as we were asked to create our own images and have them reflect the theme. After researching i came to religion within the theme of ‘Eternal’ and linked my article that way.

I created this package design based on my understanding of a song by the artist ‘Neko Case’she sings about a metaphorical tornado and travel so i developed my understanding into this CD package design reflecting the tornado.
