Republic has obtained two samples from the stockpiled soils irom hydrogcologic studyThe sample results for the first composite sample were a l l hpiow the method ripfertinnlimits except bamim st U 76 mg/1 and chromium at 0 059 mg/l This sample was then re-analyzed for total rhrommrn by FPA Method 60 1 0 The results for the lotal chromiumindicated / 8 ppm of chromium (NEL ID L0205080) A second composite sample wasagain below the method detection limits for all compounds except barium at 0.25 mg/1and chromium at 0.016 mg/1. The barium and chromium appear lo be uauuallyDJ lhei.e drill uuiui.tr

Republic requests approval to utilize these soils to fill in a low spot m BMP number 146,in the Northeast Canyon at approximately 18,900 North and 16,200 East There isapproximately 870 cubic yards of stockpiled soils
