deciding on the major discipline cases of
students:
• University Panel for Case Conference
(UPCC)
• Student Discipline Formation Board
(SDFB)
SDFO Director has jurisdiction on minor
offenses.
Corrective Measures for Major Offense:

Campus Pass Guidelines
(Minor Offense)
• Failure to surrender the campus pass within the day shall
incur a fine of P50.00 per day that it is not returned,
although both the ID and the campus pass shall be
immediately regulated.
• If campus pass is not returned within three (3) days, the
student shall be charged with a minor offense.
“The student should be responsible in monitoring
the number of his/her lost or left ID violations.
In case of 3rd left or lost ID, the student must
immediately report to the SDFO” (SHB, 2015)

University premises or outside the University during an
academic function or school activity without permit from the
SDFO in consultation with SO.
• Inflicting physical injuries on another or brawls inside the
University premises or outside the University during an
academic function or school activity
• Unjust enrichment; stealing; and failure to turn over lost
and found items to the SDFO LFS.
• Vandalism or the deliberate destruction of property belonging to
the University or to any member of the academic community.
Other Major Offenses
• Scalping or selling of UAAP and other events’ tickets at a
price higher than the prescribed or approved amount.
• Willful failure to comply with summonses or notices
issued for purposes of investigation conducted in
connection with discipline-related offenses
• Acts that bring the name of the University into disrepute,
discredit or contempt to the name of the University
