Justice For Fred Potter In the Circuit Court of Scott County Arkansas is a case that has all the

elements for a book and a movie. The case of Potter v. Holmes has

been continuing for years and seemingly no one from outside of the

court room gave interest in the case until now.

Fredrick R. “Fred” Potter, 90 years old, is a Marine Corps, Army, and

Army National Guard Veteran who served in the Korean War and in

Germany. He was a multi-millionaire who became the victim of abuse,

judicial misconduct, and a senior citizen extortion ring in a family

trust dispute.

From honorable service to his country, to becoming a multi-

millionaire, to being stripped of his military records, his wife’s

wedding rings, to being jailed as part of a scheme to gain control of

all his and his wife’s assets, this is the Potter V. Holmes story.

Fred Potter, 90-year-old Korean War Veteran, is the victim of abuse

and a senior citizen extortion ring.

A family trust dispute where the niece pulled a scam to commandeer

the savings of her uncle and aunt for her greed and self-interest. The

attorney has collected over $500,000.00 while the judge puts the aging

veteran in jail for failure to turn in items that do not exist to the court.

Potter is a Marine Veteran and then served in the Army. He was

married to his wife, Betty, for nearly 39 years.

Before his wife passed away, Potter and his wife both created

separate trusts, because Potter said they thought it would be better

than a will, “We set it up to where the one that was left living would

have an income and it didn’t work out that way.”

misconduct and an attorney for the defendant along with the

defendants therein a party thereof who displays a total disdain and

The principles of the ring are a tyrant Judge David H. McCormick, a

scandalous attorney, Jack Skinner, and a niece, Cassaundra Holmes

who apparently has no moral conscientious and dignity.

The conduct and judicial over-step along with the disregard of judicial

temperament and the signing of unreasonable court orders by Judge

David H. McCormick it is apparent that the court is being use for the

purpose of monetary extortion from a senior citizen.

FORGERY & FRAUD A independent forensic handwriting expert from another state had

examined documents and made the analyst that the name of Fredrick

R. Potter is a forgery. Furthermore, the examination of the documents

conclude that Cassaundra Holmes did forge Fredrick R. Potter’s

name.

A case of fraud concerning the forgery was filed in Crawford County,

Arkansas where Fred Potter resides. The case was dismissed due to

the case in Scott County, Arkansas.

Judge McCormick will not allow this evidence into court. The reason

given is that the judge claims that Fred Potter had testified under oath

that he did sign the document. The judge has suggested the threat

of perjury. The fact is that Fred Potter made a statement in deposition

that the signature looked like his.

Judge McCormick can and should issue a court order staying all

previous court orders and present proceedings until a full

investigation is completed in the forgery and continuing fraud upon

the court by Cassaundra Holmes. Failure to do so and threatening

Fred Potter amounts to “Judicial Extortion.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the US Attorney is

actively involved with investigating the case at the request of Fred

Potter and his attorney. Presently the federal investigation is with

a federal forensic auditor which can take up to a year to complete.

What value does a veteran’s Army and Marine Corps honorable

discharge along with medals and military pictures have to anyone

other than the veteran that earned them?

After Judge McCormick had issued and order for all items to be given

to Cassaundra Holmes for auction the question about personal items,

including military records, had been asked to the judge. His reply:

“what part of everything do you not understand? I mean everything.”

demanding answers and action to have the military honors returned

to the veteran who signed a blank check payable up to giving his life

Fred Potter, 90-year-old Korean War

Veteran, served in the Marine Corps and

Army. He served in the Korean War and a

duty assignment in Germany.

Born 12/26/29 in Alameda, CA to Ruth and

Anson Potter. Fred started playing violin in

grammar school with a violin handed down

to him from his father, [not a Stradivarius

Violin] he even got to play in the Hollywood

Bowl as part of a traveling music class.

Fred had enough high school credits to

graduate early, so he had his parents sign a

waiver slip for his age so he could join the Marines –he did come

home to graduate with his class. Fred’s first honorable discharge is

from the Marines on September 30, 1948.

Fred Joined the Army in October

1948 and spent the next 5 years in

Germany with the Army infantry. He

was there during the Berlin airlift and

Nuremberg trials. The infantry had

many brushes with Russian while

protecting the German borders.

Fred returned to the California Bay

Area in September 1953 where he

joined the California National Guard

where he served 3 years.

THE STRAVARIOUS VIOLIN

In the court of Judge David H. McCormick, it is up to the Fred Potter

to prove that he does not have a Stradivarius violin. The opposing

side making the claims, Cassaundra Holmes and her attorney Jack

Merle Skinner, does not have to prove that he has one; just the word

of the niece.

How does one set a price on a genuine Stradivarius instrument? With

only 650 in existence today, these immaculate works of art are prized

as much for their unique and supreme craftsmanship and sound as

they are for their rarity in quantity.

In the Fred Potter case verses his niece, Cassaundra Holmes of

Cassaundra Holmes Insurance agency in Waldron, Arkansas where

there is a claim that Fred Potter owns a Stradivarius simply because

his niece said so. The judge, David H. McCormick has fined Fred

$1,000.00 a day until he presents to the court the Stradivarius which

he does not have nor ever owned. How do you prove a negative to a

corrupted judge who is using his judicial authority to extort the trust

fund of a 88 year old Korean war veteran?

Stradivarius instruments hold the top five prices paid for any musical

instrument. The most expensive Stradivarius violins are the ones

crafted during what is considered his golden period from 1700 to

1720. These violins are estimated to bid at the starting auction price

of millions of dollars.

In 1998, Russian violinist Maxim Vengerov purchased the 1727

Kreutzer for nearly $1.6 million. He owns a total of four Stradivarius

violins.

In 1990, the 1720 Red Mendelssohn was sold for $1.7 million. It was

purchased by violinist Elizabeth Pitcairn’s grandfather, who gave it to

her on her 16th birthday.

In April of 2005, the 1699 Lady Tennant was auctioned at Christie’s for

$2,032,000. Sponsored by the Stradivari Society of Chicago, the Lady

Tennant was loaned to violinist Yang Liu and in 2009 it was loaned to

Yossif Ivanov.

In May 2006, Antonio Stradivari’s 1707 Hammer violin was sold for

$3,544,000, achieving a world record for any musical instrument sold

at that time.

In April of 2007, the 1729 Soloman ex-Lambert was sold at Christie’s

for $2.7 million to an anonymous bidder.

In 2010, the record for most expensive musical instrument was again

broken when concert violinist Anne Akiko Meyers purchased the 1697

Molitor Stradivarius for a record $3.6 million. The Molitor was

previously thought to have been owned by Napoleon Bonaparte.

In June 2014, The 1731 “Kreutzer” violin, which had a presale

estimate of $7.5 million to $10 million failed to reach the reserve price

after a sealed-bid auction that began June 6, at Christie’s auction

house.

In March 28, 2017, the 1684 “Croall, McEwen” sold for £1.92

million. This particular Strad went into auction at Sotheby’s galleries

in New Bond Street, Lond with a sale estimate of $1.5-2.5

million. Considering if sold below its upper price range, it’s a relative

bargain.

What the list above clearly states is that a Stradivarius instrument is a

financial and emotional investment that is only going to rise in value.
