• Performance measures set increased from 51 to 64 measures
• Incentivized measures were reduced from 16 to 12
• 10 new incentivized measures
• 9 current incentivized measures moved to monitored
• 3 incentivized measures moved to managed care incentive payment program
• Measures voted to be incentivized that were retired from national endorsement were not incentivized (eg. Ambulatory visits-ED visits)
• Some monitored measures to be stratified by race/ethnicity
