submitted with the applications. 4. The “Acknowledgement Regarding Fee Refunds” form must be signed, dated

and submitted with the application. 5. For grouping requests to be considered, you must submit the “Group Request

Form” (camp only). Children must be born in the same year for grouping to be considered.

Thank you for your interest in Hillcrest Progressive School & Summer Program. Every Fall, we hold a lottery registration, as we receive more applications than we have spaces for. Please be advised of the following admission and refund policies.

The lottery will be held on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2021.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ORDER IN WHICH APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED:

Please be accurate when selecting the program of your choice for our summer progrm and note a 2nd choice if you wish. Your 2nd choice will be considered if your 1st choice is full at the time your application is pulled. New cheques will be requested if necessary.

SUMMER PROGRAM: HOT LUNCH IS PROVIDED FOR CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN THESUMMER PROGRAM. IT IS INCLUDED IN FEES.

SCHOOL: HOT LUNCH IS PROVIDED FOR CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN TODDLER & NURSERY PROGRAMS ONLY. IT IS INCLUDED IN FEES.
