    The objective of the Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) checklist is to provide a tool to identify and then secure the various energy sources related to a gas or steam turbines.

    This should be used by the customer as a guide and may not include all energy sources. Therefore, this should be verified using the Piping Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Electrical System Schematics, walking down the local configuration and any other tools to ensure the equipment has been identified that will be de-energized.

    The checklist is intended to engage the end-customer and verify the completeness of their LOTO process during pre-outage. It will also be used during the verification walk down of the LOTO process prior to commencement of works along with TAB M of the OneGE Plan

    If the scope does not MI, HGP or CI, chose proper one which covers the lines needs to be isolated.

    WHEN : Outage day during LOTO Walkdown

    WHO : Shift FE, Safety Specialist, Customer

    WHAT : During System LOTO GE TA & Customer use the last revision of "LOTO cheklist" and fill "TAB M"

    HOW : Perform LOTO Walk down, place GE LOTO locks on

    identified points or Customer LOTO Box (depend on the GE aggreed Customer system)

    Ensure that all the lines isolated properly and Lock&Tag applied.

    Record the key numbers vs isolated lines.

    Fill Tab M - Lock Out/Tag Out Clearance Control Proof of Isolation Agreement ( as per OneGE EHS Plan requirement)
