a. In anticipation of the switch to eLumen in May, curriculum proposals must be submitted by Friday, February 21st to be reviewed for the March 10 curriculum meeting, subsequent district e-posting and Board Approval schedules. After that deadline, curriculum proposals will need to wait until summer or early fall when eLumen is fully activated. The ECD will be placed into a read-only mode on April 30. If anyone has ECD’s in progress, or archived courses they want to preserve, they should “Download to Word.” Only active ECD courses will be migrated to eLumen. Courses will need to be validated in eLumen in May.
1:45 Action Items a. Course proposals for review (Appendix A). Motion to approve: Corbally, Second: Colocho,
Unanimous. Items will be taken to next Senate meeting for approval. b. Program proposals for review (Appendix B, C, D). Motion to approve: Subramaniam, Second:

version of the Committee Descriptor form that could be located. Committee members added several items and the report was adopted. Motion to approve: Corbally, Second: Triplett, Unanimous.
2:00 Discussion Items a. CIS/CS Realignment (Appendix E). Callihan provided an updated version of the realignment chart,
including old course name/number, new course name/number/title and status. Eleven courses have been transitioned, several are in progress and many more are still to be submitted. A list of the awards that involve CO INFO, CO TECH or CO SCI courses, thirty in total, was distributed. Callihan presented two options for formatting. The committee preferred the shorter version, with the“(formerly OLD COURSE 001)” listed below the new course. Once new CIS/CS courses are adopted, catalog degree listings will be updated to include the new courses.
b. A draft chart with C-ID approved courses was distributed, showing the LAHC course and the C-ID descriptor. The general response was positive and the information will be included in the next version of the catalog.
c. Sample pages for catalog degree listings, including AS-T, CoA and skills certificates were distributed. The format will be in two columns with title, description and PLO’s on the left, and a listing of requirements and unit totals on the right. The general response was positive and the catalog will be revised to match this format as soon as the work can be completed. It may be possible to create an overlay sheet that counselors and evaluators could use as a checklist or to monitor degree progress.
