Lorna Syson’s designs uniquely manage to simultaneously

spark nostalgia and satisfy contemporary taste.

Inspired by her own childhood memories of classic British

past-times. Such as blackberry picking amongst hedgerows,

as well as her own local natural environment, Lorna expertly

presents us with extraordinary designs, inspired from the

ordinary.

Now our own memories and comforting familiarities can be

represented by more than the usual photographs and

vintage keepsakes; they can feature in the fabric of our homes,

on cushions, lampshades, wallpaper and fabrics.

Bold colour blocking that cleverly links

the ranges together allow you to mix and match, creating

your own modern memory lane. Such as leading you through

Land’s End in Cornwall, picking blackberries and watching your

most loved birds.

GREENFINCH

A visitor to gardens in both city and country, the vivid green bird is seen here in flight against a springtime backdrop of apple blossom.

Broom and Bee evokes memories of warm May days, spent celebrating the perfect marriage of British flora and fauna. .

Lorna has fond memories of these little black and white birds dancing whilst she explored the willow thickets with her family.
