SUMMARYL’oreal Paris remains one of the leading brands in cosmetics .It has over the years had many great managers and marketers who have steered the company in times of crisis and made it what it is today . But the challenges of expansions and rivals continues .Recent surges against any cosmetic product has not helped either . It is the time to revamp the marketing strategy and focus more on products which do not have side effects and spend considerable R&D funds on them .We indeed hope that the present CEO of the company can push through such reforms
