Module 6 ICT Using the Lookup Wizard Using the Lookup Wizard will make it easy for the user to enter set values into a table/form. 1. Create a new table in Design View. 2. Enter the following attributes and data types: Attribute Name Data Type Description/ Validation ClientID AutoNumber Primary key Surname Text (25) Initial Text (2) Title Text (4) Lookup – Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Dr 3. Change the Data Type of Title to Lookup Wizard. 4. As you do this the Lookup Wizard will be displayed. 5. Select I will type in the values that I want. 6. Click Next. 7. In the next window, enter the titles Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms and Dr. 8. Click Next. 9. In the next window leave the label for the Lookup column as Title and click Finish. 10. Select the General table at the bottom of the window. Set the default value to Mrs. Mrs N Neal 8/25/2022

3. Change the Data Type of Title to Lookup Wizard.

8. Click Next.

9. In the next window leave the label for the Lookup column as Title and click Finish.

10. Select the General table at the bottom of the window. Set the default value to Mrs.

11. Save your table as tblClient.

12. View your table to see the results.
