• Looking back on my school magazine, I feel I have learned and used a lot more codes and conventions of a specific genre. I have learnt to appeal to a more specific audience. E.g. what colours to use, the sort of language to use and the articles to include

• I have learnt in more detail how to manipulate images, E.g. I have learnt how to edit the levels of an image in photoshop. Also I have learnt how to use Indesign, which I didn’t use at all in my school magazine

• Overall I have learnt that the audience plays a huge part in the production, I have learnt to use questionnaires and surveys to find out what they want/like and I have learnt to use them to make a magazine specifically for one target audience
