This is a creativity exercise we ran recently at the International MBA Program at Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand

The title of the exercise is a play on the words create, innovate, motivate, and activate, implying both ideas and action. Students were asked to portray key milestones of their life on their shirts.

It was also used as a way to get people (who were all new entrants to the program) to get to know each other. The following day, students had to explain their shirts to each other.
