Why I can’t use my smartphone to keep tabs on my baggage while I’m traveling, just as I can keep tabs on my on-line purchase via internet?

Today, customers can find the location of their baggage more accurately than even airlines’ officers.

CHALLENGECUSTOMERS ARE CHALLENGING AIRLINES

INNOVATIONS97% of customers have different

gadgets (smartphones, tablets, laptops)

Customers want and are willing to receive additional information

about their baggage

This approach can solve the problems of some clients, but not for the air industry.

GLOBAL FLEXIBLE INTELLIGENT LONGEST CHANCE IN COOPERATION WITH IATA FOCUSED ON CREATION OF THE GLOBAL RFID END TO END BAGGAGE TRACKING INFRASTRUCTURE TO ‘AIRLINE – AIRPORT – CUSTOMER’ CHAIN.

“It does not matter what is the geography of your flights or the quantity of passengers. It does not matter what is the size of airport, the number of terminals, or the type of baggage system, if any at all. What really matters is that your airline is interested in meeting commitments and providing the transportation of baggage together with the customer. The Hand-to-Hand RFID Baggage Tracking System will help your airline fulfill all the undertaken obligations”.

EVERYONE WINSINCREASING BAGGAGE PROCESS FLOW THE AIRPORTS SHALL INCREASE THE CAPACITY. THAT’S FAR, FAR CHEAPER THAN HAVING TO DOUBLE THE AREA OF THE TERMINAL BUILDING. THERE’S A BIG POTENTIAL FOR HAND-TO-HAND RFID BAGGAGE TRACKING SYSTEM (HHRBTS)

This aims to provide the value for all airlines and airports, i.e. the whole customers’ chain, because the accurate information allows reducing baggage mishandling, helps speed up reconciliation and flight readiness for departing flights, and measure performance against service level parameters (SLA).
