With over 4 million passengers every day,Transport for London runs one of the busiest andmost complex transportation systems in the world.

Carefully controlled use of corporate, mode, safety and LondonUnderground line colours is highly effective in communicating thestrengths of our organisation. Consistent use of colour across journeyplanners, signage and livery etc, also helps guide passengers to theirdestinations.

This book gives guidance on all Transport for London’s corporate, modeand safety colours and also details the colours used on the LondonUnderground lines. The colours illustrated for each purpose aremandatory and must be matched accurately. The colour referencescover print, screen and paint applications.
