We act for occupiers, developers and institutions in acquiring, leasing and selling office property across the City of London, City fringes, Midtown, King’s Cross, Southwark and Docklands. Our advice extends beyond core acquisitions and disposals. We offer high-level, strategic advice in response to our clients’ business objectives.

Letting disposals

As a team we act for both landlords and tenants looking to let office space in the City and Docklands.

We work with some of the largest and most significant landlords operating in this market, advising on the letting of their properties, using our experience and expertise to help them realise their targets. We add genuine value for our clients by securing the right tenants on the best possible terms for each property.

With a changing economic climate, tenants also need to dispose of office space, whether it is to relocate, contract or expand. We understand these drivers and work with our occupier clients to minimise the time and cost of disposing of their office space.

Tenant acquisitions

We have an impressive track record of advising occupiers across a wide range of business sectors on their office acquisitions. We guide our clients through the acquisition process from initial strategy, through viewing tours, into commercial and legal negotiations, culminating in the successful acquisition of their new office. We can call on the skills of our Bilfinger GVA colleagues who specialise in fit-out, project management and move management to ensure the successful relocation of staff.

Investment

Our investment team has an excellent and in depth understanding of the City and Docklands investment market, which has become a truly global marketplace. The team advises on purchase and sale transactions, alongside wider strategic investment advice. The team works across property sectors including office, retail and residential conversion.

Development

We advise developers throughout the development process from site purchase and assembly, property use and specification, marketing, letting and investment sale. We also work with wider Bilfinger GVA teams including planning and project management to provide a comprehensive service for developers.

Lease advisory

The City market is one of the most complex and competitive in the world which presents opportunities for investors and occupiers to actively review their contracts. Our agency team has acted on numerous lease restructures and regears for both landlords and tenants.
