Lei non ha l’obbligo di accettare tali prodotti sostitutivi. Se lo desidera, Li può restituire entro trenta giorni a spese di Revello Associati (rimanendo, ovviamente, impregiudicato il Suo diritto di recesso o di restituzione). Se Revello Associati, dopo aver stipulato il contratto di vendita, constata di non essere in grado di continuare a consegnare i prodotti ordinati, e non è responsabile dell’insorgere di tale situazione, Revello Associati potrà risolvere il contratto di vendita. Si intende che Revello Associati La informerà immediatamente di ciò, e Le rimborserà tutti I pagamenti da Lei effettuati. Metodi di pagamento Per ogni acquisto, Revello Associati effettua uno specifico controllo dell’affidabilità creditizia in conformità con la Politica sulla Privacy di Revello Associati. When you order anything at Revello Associati or accept an offer from Revello Associati, your agreement to the Sales and Delivery Terms in the course of the order process constitutes your acceptance of the applicability of these Sales and Delivery Terms. It is only possible to deviate from these Sales and Delivery Terms if agreed in writing by Revello Associati. Offer and Price The offers are without obligation and do not bind Revello Associati, as well Revello Associati is likewise not bound by manifest clerical error and mistakes in promotional descriptions and other statements in the offer. Minor colour and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Revello Associati is not liable for these variations and deviations. Prices include VAT and are indicate in Euro. Revello Associati reserves the right to make price and product changes prior to an order placed by you. Options in case of delivery problems If Revello Associati discovers prior to entering into the sales contract that it can no longer delivery the ordered products, Revello Associati may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You are not obliged to accept the replacement product. You may return it, if you so wish, within 30 days at Revello Associati’s expense (your right of revocation or return obviously remains unaffected). If Revello Associati discovers after entering into the sales contract that it can no longer delivery the ordered products and is not responsible for this situation, , Revello Associati will be entitled to terminate the sales contract. In the event of a valid return in accordance with these Sales and delivery Terms, Revello Associati will reimburse the purchase price received from you within fourteen days of receipt of the product or revocation of the sales contract. If a product is returned that Revello Associati believes has been damaged because of an act or omission for which you are to a blame, or which is otherwise for your expense and risk, Revello Associati will be entitled to deduct the decrease in value of the product as a result of this damage from the amount to be repaid to you. You can avoid the obligation to compensate the decrease in value of the product caused by use by not using the product and by refraining (as reasonably as possible) from any action that could negatively affect its value. Complaints You may send written complaints concerning the conclusion of the sales contract or its performance to Revello Associati. If you wish to make a verbal complaint concerning the conclusion of the sales contract or its performance, you may use the phone number +39.0124.33493, from Monday through Friday 9-17. Retention of title The delivered products will remain the property of Revello Asociati until you have paid all amounts owing under any agreement , including the payment of cost and expenses, even of earlier or late deliveries or partial deliveries. You may not sell, dispose of or encumber products before ownership thereof has passed to you. Applicable Law The Law of the Republic of Italy applies to the sales contract. The court of Turin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
