Michael Fanning

MICHAEL FANNING serves as senior vice president of client services for Windermere. His responsibilities include expanding the network of Windermere offices and consulting with owners to develop recruitment and longevity programs while incorporating a strong technical understanding of the tools Windermere provides to affiliates. Fanning has been instrumental in the growth and development of many of the technology tools offered to Windermere agents today.

MATTHEW GARDNER is a well-respected principal real estate analyst with Gardner Johnson Land Use Economics in Seattle.  Gardner heads all residential, commercial economic and litigation support assignments dealing with market evaluation, positioning, financial feasibility and fiscal implications of commercial and residential real estate projects.  He is particularly involved on highest and best use engagements. Gardner is a regular lecturer in real estate forecasting & economics and currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Washington State University Center for Real Estate Research.

Lars Neste

LARS E. NESTE is a shareholder of Demco Law Firm, P.S. in Seattle, Washington. He joined the firm in 2000 and is a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations. Mr. Neste’s practice focuses on real estate litigation, primarily representing some of the largest real estate brokers in Washington and Oregon. He is approved as a continuing education instructor for real estate licensees by the Washington Department of Licensing and regularly teaches all areas of real estate law to real estate professionals.
