A- The Civil Ceremony at the Bora Bora Town Hall Legal weddings in French Polynesia must adhere to a strict administrative procedure:

- The Bride and Groom fill out the attached requisite documentation - The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort Wedding Coordinator ensures these are correctly

translated and the completed file is submitted to the Bora Bora Town Hall within the required time frame in order for the civil ceremony to be registered in keeping with French law

- An accredited interpreter must be present during the ceremony to translate from French into the wedding couple’s language. Selected members of The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s team may act as accredited interpreters during the ceremony for the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin & Russian.

- The civil ceremony takes place during the Bora Bora Town Hall’s opening hours in its Weddings Room.

Please note all civil ceremonies must take place at the Bora Bora Town Hall. The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort will coordinate private boat transfers to transfer the Bride and Groom directly there. We recommend allocating approximately 2 hours including return transfers for this event. Please see the attached Bora Bora Town Hall’s official presentation for more information.

B- The “Joining of Hearts” Ceremony at the Resort

A personalized “Joining of Hearts” ceremony can then be held at the Resort conducted by the General Manager, Mr Michael Schoonewagen, or an Executive Management Team member. The Wedding Coordinator is available to customize this ceremony to suit the Bride and Groom’s preferences.

a. Resort Main Beach and Gazebo (1) A dazzling expanse of fine white sands facing the clear azure-hued lagoon’s tranquil ebb, the Resort’s Main Beach is a tropical dream come true. B- Water Weddings

a. At Water’s Edge Chairs are set up at water’s edge to either side of the bridge leading to the Resort’s private islet. The Bride crosses the decorated bridge to meet the Groom and guests on the other side. Min Pax: 2 Max Pax: 30 Sit Down

b. Bikini Bonding

For a fun cocktail event, the Bride and Groom may wish to get the whole party in the lagoon with “immerged waiters” for tray service. Min Pax: 2 Max Pax: 30 Reception Style

C- Just Married Jet Skiing

An alternative to the traditional “Just Married” departure by car, the Bride and Groom can leave on a specially decorated jet ski at the end of the ceremony to either rejoin their villa or disappear into the horizon on a private jet ski tour.

The Resort’s Wedding Arch may be set up at most locations within the Resort and can be dressed to reflect the Bride and Groom’s chosen theme.

a. Tahitian White on White A classical bridal atmosphere with a local twist is recreated using all-white fabrics associated with French Polynesia’s emblematic Tiare flower and accented with Tahitian Black Pearls.

Profusions of colourful flowers mixed with tropical shells bring island spirit to life.

The Bride and Groom’s preferred theme can be arranged and priced on application. Please note that it takes between 3 and 6 months to order and receive items that are unavailable in French Polynesia.

C- Shipping

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort offers a storage service should the Bride and Groom wish to send items to the Resort in advance. Please follow the following procedure:

- Address the parcel(s) to: The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort BP506 Vaitape 98730 French Polynesia

- Use your preferred international shipping company (both Fedex and DHL deliver to Tahiti)

- Send the invoices for the enclosed items with the shipping invoice to the Wedding Coordinator in order to clear the parcel(s) through customs locally

- The Resort will pay for local customs clearing fees if applicable and for on-shipping to Bora Bora. These charges will be added to the Bride and Groom’s account.

Storage service fees are per kilo per day. Please note the Resort does not take any responsibility for damages incurred during transit.

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s Signature banqueting experience is ideal for an elegant cocktail that reflects a refined resort-casual ambiance… Guests mix and mingle as they sample the Resort’s diverse dining offerings set up at individual show-kitchen stations including Finger Food by Jean-Georges, Art of Sushi, Fresh Lobster on the Grill, A Taste of Tahiti and A Sweet Tooth. The “Ateliers Gourmets” can be set up at various locations with a minimum of 3 stations required.

B- Food

Defined by the high standards set in its three Restaurants, The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s highly trained Kitchen team offers a delectable selection of wedding hors d’oeuvres, buffet and set menus to choose from. The Executive Chef is available also to create personalised menus for the Bride and Groom’s tastes and theme.

C- Beverage

From the “Billecart Salmon Brut” House Champagne to the Signature Spicy Watermelon “Bora Mary” Cocktail, The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s beverage list is an invitation to sophisticated indulgence with a splash of sunshine.

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort offers various boats for this 2h service including return transfers between the resort and the Bora Bora Town Hall (approximately 30mns each way) as well as standby during the ceremony: - Quicksilver speedboat, quick and sleek: suitable for the Bride and Groom only or if the Bride and Groom wish to arrive separately. - Neptoon loungeboat, comfortable and relaxed: suitable for a small wedding party. The Neptoon is able to dock directly at a Villa or on the beach upon its return from Vaitape. - Marumana private launch, ultra luxurious: suitable for travelling in style or for larger wedding parties.

B- Private Boat Hires

The Quicksilver, Neptoon and Marumana are available for half and full day hire if the Bride and Groom wish to celebrate on board.

C- Food and Beverage on board

Food and Beverage service can be arranged on the Neptoon and Marumana including Champagne Sabering at the end of the civil ceremony or cold nibbles served during the return trip.

D- Themed boats

A- Photo Subacqua Films is a Bora Bora-based company working exclusively with The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort. Photography sessions without photo limits include a driver to escort the couple throughout the Resort. Photos are delivered on a personalised CD and are not printed due to the high humidity factor in French Polynesia and low quality photographic paper available.

B- Video

Vision Lagon is the Resort’s preferred video company. The wedding video will be delivered on a personalised CD.

A- The dress, and wedding party’s attire

Please note that dry cleaning is not available on the island of Bora Bora. Dry cleaning items are sent to the island of Tahiti and 72 hours minimum must be allowed for their return to the Resort. As such, it is recommended that wrinkle-free fabrics be chosen where possible for the wedding party’s attire.

B- Jewelry

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s exclusive Tahitian Black Pearl partner, Wan Perles, will graciously lend jewelry to the Bride and Groom for the on-Resort ceremony. The wedding party will also be given the opportunity of a private showcase during their stay.

D- Invitations etc

The Resort will be pleased to send collateral such as postcards to be included in the wedding invitations. Furthermore, use of The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort’s logo and official photography will be permitted for the purpose of any printed or soft wedding collateral.

E- Wedding Favors

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort has selected a number of locally crafted items suitable for wedding favors including loose Tahitian Black Pearls, dried Tahitian Vanilla Bean with a recipe booklet from the Executive Chef or Tahitian Gardenia (Tiare) scented travel candles.

F- Wedding Registry

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort offers a Wedding Registry service: a full list of available items is sent to the Bride and Groom for their selection which can then be communicated to friends and family. The Resort will set up a Wedding Registry account in the Bride and Groom’s name which can then be credited by friends and family before arrival.
