Reservation Information
1. Reservations MUST BE placed by October 19, 2016 to preserve the rate. 10 roomshave been reserved for Friday and Saturday nights. Additional rooms will be on an
as-available basis, but at the same rate, if made by October 19, 2016.
2. The room rate is $99/night+tax November 18, 2016 - November 20, 2016. The aboveconfirmed group rates are applicable three (3) days before to three (3) days after theofficial meeting dates, subject to availability. Both King and Double rooms are availableand all will have complimentary Wi-Fi.
You are responsible for your own hotel reservations. Reservations can be made by calling theHotel directly at 888-685-2500 or going to the registration site here:http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/A/ATLMAHF-SFMSC20161118/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, SoutheastFederation of Mineralogical Societies, at the time the reservation is made in order to receive thespecial group rate.
