The ‘villain’ (Propp) or Antagonist is seen outside the window. The camera then cuts to a medium close up of the antagonist outside the window with a gun in the dark. This scene starts with a long shot at the feet and tilts up to the face. The camera stops and the audience are left with a full outline of the antagonist. The antagonist then cocks and raises gun. Then the end of the scene

dips to black .

Here we are going to film the first half of the trailer. There is an establishing shot of the pub then there is a slight zoom with diegetic sound of glasses clinking. This is a suitable location as the audience can relate as they see everyone as a community. We will need to write a letter to the pub seeking permission to film inside the pub

Here is the inside of the pub. Here we will shoot a mid-shot of the antagonist talking to the main female character. The girl then starts to look uncomfortable and then the non-diegetic sound of “bang bang” starts to play. There is then a medium close up of the antagonist, who is then slapped by female character. There is then a repetition of the slap from various angles from a POV, mid-shot, close up. The camera then switches to a long shot of the reaction of the pub goers. There is then a medium close up of the reaction of slapped male where you can see his anger. There is then a medium long shot of the main female character then turns to her love interest with the antagonist out of focus. Again we will need to write to the pub seeking permission to film inside while they are serving.

We chose to film in a pub as it is a symbol of community where all the characters go to meet and socialize with each other.

We chose to film in a house as it lets the audience relate to the characters as they are seen as working class.
