HAESL is continuing to develop its advanced

received highly specialised training, and continuous investment in

advanced technology, HAESL delivers this service to its

customers 365 days of the year. HAESL has serviced over

2,400 large fan engines since its establishment in 1996.

ADDING VALUE HAESL complements its advanced workshop

capabilities with a range of additional value-added customer

services including direct technical 24/7 assistance, remote-site

emergency support, module change and direct engineering

support to major engine modification programmes that may

require close coordination with the engine manufacturer.

In addition, HAESL also offers on-wing support to all variants of the

Rolls-Royce RB211-524 and the Trent family of engines. Boroscope

inspection and boroscope blending services are also available for

RB211-535E4, CFM56, GE90 and V2500 engine series.

SERVICES HAESL operates an engine overhaul and

component repair business for all the large fan

Rolls-Royce engines in service today. This includes

complete engine overhaul work packages right down

to the level of repairs on individual parts with services

tailored to specific operational requirements of airlines.

HAESL’s priority is to ensure timely, reliable and cost

effective redelivery of engine components and

HAESL’s modern facility uses fully approved repair

procedures, many of which have been developed by
