Employment Project: 16+ Transition, Work and Training Event Downs Syndrome Liverpool will develop and run a conference for its young people to help them consider future opportunities like college, training or work. Age related issues Project: Connecting Carers Bath & NE Somerset Carers Centre will be purchasing technology to tackle digital inclusion in the carer community, helping carers find and access the support they need. £1k-£3k with Grants between: Equality and inclusion Project: Grow, Cook, Eat & Share Beeslack Family Disabled Club will develop a food growing garden with two other community groups. The garden will act as a focal point for development and social activities, with excess produce being sold to generate funds. Health and wellbeing Project: Interpersonal Violence and Abuse Desistance Programme The Everyman Project will use their grant to deliver a counselling programme to help men and their victims to break out of cycles of interpersonal violence. £150k Distributed all across Britain Hunger, poverty and homelessness Project: Food, Glorious Good Netherfield Forum will roll out a holiday club for young people.
