Willing Helpers will resume on Tuesday, January 22nd

Our Adult Faith and Life class resumes next Sunday morning at 9:00 am. EMBC’s Leadership Council will lead the group through a number of books that they have been reading until mid-May. Please come out to hear what your Leadership Council has been reading and learning about!

Leadership Council supports the recommendation that the Children’s Coordinator half time position be shared between two individuals as a job share position, for a one year term. EMBC is inviting internal candidates to apply for the Children's Coordinator position, sharing the position with Victoria Kornelsen. The start date is to be determined but expected to begin mid to end of February 2019. Applications will be welcome until February 3. For more information, please find the job description at the information desk or talk with Lori Dueck. Serious applicants are welcome to submit their resumes and cover letter to Lori Dueck (mailbox #94). A lost and found table has been set up next to the elevator in the church basement. Items on this table will remain there for another week or so before being donated elsewhere. Please take a look to see if anything belongs to you. We are beginning to plan this summer’s Athens-themed VBS program! We’ll host a day camp from July 29th to August 2nd. If you are interested in helping out or learning more, see the info desk. The Manitoba MB Conference Assembly 2019 will be held March 1-2. If you’re interested in being a delegate, please contact the church office.
