The outrageous decision by the Chairman of the West

Kingston Commission of Enquiry, Sir David Simmons, toprevent me from exercising my constitutional right to

attend a public hearing, as a citien observer, has

brought into question his !udicial fitness to lead anenquiry into allegations of constitutional and humanrights abuses by the state"

that this gentleman is a former Chief -ustice of .arbadosand not some petty tyrant"

The Chairman refuses to accept that the basis of my so/called outburst stemmed from his arbitrary, unfounded

 and biased ruling to prevent me from fullyparticipating in the Enquiry, $hich is not a trial" Without realiing it, he quicly fell under the spell ofclever security forces la$yers"

The Chairman0s contempt for democratic rights $asfurther displayed for all to see $hen he ruled that he$ould not allo$ me into the enquiry as an observer

This ruling is tantamount to the police deciding that theyhave the right to arrest someone, not because they have
