LL15TL3

The 165 and 200 mm diameter chucks wi th spindle speed range of 4500 rpm with in ter ference free turning diameter of 235 mm with 25 mm square shank.

LL20TL3/LL20TL5/LL20TL7/LL20TL10

7.5kW (cont inuous) power at the spindle provides enormous capaci ty for highly ef f ic ient metal cut t ing. A massive hydraul ic turret providing over 23 kN of c lamping force ensures ver y s table machining. Ver y responsive feed mechanism incorporat ing widely spaced, amply dimensioned L inear Motion guides and large diameter bal l screws provide excel lent par t - to -par t repeat accuracies. Copious coolant and s tabi l i ty in machining ensure use of opt imum cut t ing parameters, thereby reducing cost . In ter ference free turning diameter and ample working clearances add to operator convenience.

LL25TL5/LL25TL7/LL25TL10

The LL25T takes a 250 mm diameter chuck and yet provide ample working clearances as wel l as in ter ference free tool set t ing. The maximum turning length avai lable is 480 & 1020 mm.

Ful l 15 kW from 292 rpm onwards through use electronic gear box.

HYDRAULIC TURRET

The 8 s tat ion ver t ical ly indexing turret uses bi -direct ional shor tes t path indexing to reduce non-cut t ime. The forged s teel turret employs a high torque hydraul ic motor for indexing and clamping.

25x25 square shank wi th maximum boring bar diameter of 32 mm Use of a 180mm diameter coupl ing and 23 kN of c lamping force ensures ver y s table machining close to c lamping forces.

HIGH RESPONSE FEED MECHANISM

The LL Series employs low-fr ic t ion l inear Motion guideways for both the axis t raverses. The seat ing and locat ing sur face are precis ion machined to a to lerance of 10 microns. The LM guides provide s t ick -s l ip f ree movement. These are extremely long las t ing and free of any deformation, thereby retaining the accuracies over a long period of cont inuous use.

Large diameter bal l screws, wi th double nut pretensioning helps in providing ample feed thrus t and high rapid t raverse rate. The bal l screw remain suppor ted at both ends by P4 class angular contact bal l bearings.

The s t i f fness bui l t in to the feed mechanism of the LL Series ensures a high degree of accuracy in posi t ioning as wel l as in terpolated cut t ing. Excel lent par t to par t repeat accuracies al low you to achieve greater process capabi l i t ies.
