All are viral infections

Hepatitis A Virus or HAV is usually caused by

contaminated food that has fecal matter in it.

phase of Hepatitis C Symptoms (decreased

appetite, fatigue, abdominal pain, and

jaundice

35% of patients with HIV also have Hepatitis C

Causes the most Chronic infection which leads

to Cirrhosis

Acetaminophen treat the pain and fever that

comes with hepatitis but since it is a virus

which cant be cured by medication.

Medication for Cirrhosis

UrsodiolUrsodiol is used to dissolve certain types of

gallstones, to prevent gallstones from forming in

obese patients who are losing weight rapidly,

and to treat a certain type of liver disease

LipitorAtorvastatin is used along with a proper diet to help

lower "bad" cholesterol and fats (e.g., LDL,

triglycerides) and raise "good" cholesterol (HDL)

in the blood. It belongs to a group of drugs

known as "statins". It works by reducing the

amount of cholesterol made by the liver

Jaundice is a yellow discoloration

of the skin and whites of the eyes

due to an abnormally high level

of bilirubin (bile pigment) in the

bloodstream, which is then

excreted through the kidneys.
