With Summer upon us, everything in Houston is in bloom; a perfect time for golf, the lakes, tennis and of course, some great Texas barbeque. We hope you enjoy this peek into the current and future Houston real estate markets. Included in this presentation are a sampling of new developments and homes that are under construction. Our local builders and developers share this “future inventory” with us monthly to help paint a picture of the continuing growth and forthcoming opportunities. We have also included recent market statistics and information on “things to do in Houston”, where there truly is something for everyone.

If you want community, builder specific data or detailed information on any development or design, please let us know and we will get the information to you quickly. Enjoy this beautiful season! We will touch base with you again in July. Email or call us (713-465-6644) if you need us before.

With easy access to major traffic arteries, Rice Military has become a haven for young urban professionals, families and empty nesters with the desire to live “inside the loop”.

New neighborhoods, new model homes, new amenities – Woodforest has been experiencing a surge of activity this year, with no slowdown in sight. Since 2012, Woodforest has been listed as the fastest-growing master-planned community in Montgomery County, a vibrant area with premier shopping, dining and entertainment. Woodforest is just minutes from what makes this region of Houston so popular — top concerts at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, expansive Lake Conroe, the Market Street outdoor mall and a multitude of family activities – and is only 19 miles door-to-door from the new ExxonMobil headquarters. And although Woodforest is so close to so much, the community retains a hometown ambiance, with homes and amenities including a resort-style pool, a spray park, tennis, basketball and playgrounds nestled within a forest of mature oaks and pines. Prospective home buyers can visit more than a dozen model homes and builders maintain a healthy supply of homes under construction for those needing to move quickly. Home selection is varied in Woodforest, with prices from the $180,000s to more than $1 million.
