YearlyNewTeacherTraining Atthestartoftheschoolyear,newteacherswillgainacomprehensiveoverviewofthe Macmillan/McGrawHillLittleTreasures,preparingthemtofullyimplementtheprogramintheir classrooms.Contentcanbecustomizedtoensurenewteachershaveacompleteunderstandingofthe programandareequippedwithessentialprogramknowledgetoeffectivelyusetheprogram. ProductTrainingfortheLiteracyCoachesandCurriculumAssistantsTraintheTrainer ThistrainingsessionwillprovidetheSelectiveSitePersonnelwithacomprehensiveunderstandingof theMacmillan/McGrawHillLittleTreasuresprogramcomponents,researchbase,pedagogy,and strategies.Trainerswillreceiveallnecessarytrainingmaterialsandindepthtrainingsothattheyare preparedtotrainteacherstoeffectivelyimplementthereadingprogram,inordertoserveasonsite trainersandprogramexpertsthroughouttheschoolyear.
