Lisbon: authentic fun form sea to forest

Day 1 – LISBON

Pick up at Portela Airport and transfer to the hotel (OPTIONAL)

Our professional personnel will greet the guests at given times and escort them to the coaches,

minibusses or sedans for their transfer to the hotel.

Welcome Dinner at the Hotel:

Welcome Drink with dry snacks followed by a three course meal (*) including water, wine and coffee at the hotel restaurant. A first occasion to make all the guests socialize with each other and feel comfortable

like at home, even if they are Lisbon, the white city, and Europe’s westernmost capital!

Day 2 – LISBON

After breakfast the guests will be welcomed in 5 coaches by 5 English speaking tour guides.

Maste Command in Lisbon

The Master Commander, sometimes a sinister character, others a really nice entity , has a special mission for

your guests: they have to go through all of the challenges he wants them to face… with distinction!

A tablet will allow them to communicate with him after each completed mission and receive new

instructions at all times during the activity. Fortunately for them, he has the best ideas ever, challenging

them with incredible challenges, extravagant activities and even ride Segways, Go-carts and bikes!

After a general briefing where all the invitees will learn how the activity develops, our staff gives them the

tablets (with an installed App that lets them easily navigate the city and perform all the tasks required by the

Master Command), a set of colored lanyards and tram tickets to use as part of a challenge.

Teams of 8 pax will be trying to please the Master Commander and become their favorites as they

try to beat each game with the best score possible. All of the teams will go through all of the

challenges, in the order the Master Command chooses them to!

Monopoly Madness in Lisbon

Your guests’ objective, as in real Monopoly game, will be trying to “buy” the best locations in the city,

while actually visiting them, developing a visit/economic strategy, playing all the extravagant games we

added, throwing dice and reading the mischievous cards that will send them to prison, get them the

second beauty prize or even make them rich as they receive thousands of Euros for each house they

hold: they will tour Lisbon with their team and try to be the greatest Monopoly holders! An original

networking and team management activity to discover the capital’s heritage in a fun way…

Lunch in a historical Portuguese brewery in the city center

Cervejaria Trindade was built in 1836 making use of the Most Holy Trinity monastery's remaining

walls, which had been founded in late 13th century and lodged a monastery that was destroyed in

1704 by fire, and then again in the famous 1755 earthquake.

Three-course meal (*) that includes water, wine (1 bottle each 3 persons) and coffee.

River Cruise on board of a Historical Vessel

Your guests will enjoy a cruise on the river Tejo and admire the beautiful city of Lisbon from a

different perspective, onboard a recently restored 136 foot three-masted topsail schooner.

This ex fishing trawler has been converted into a successful charter vessel with a capacity of taking on day coastal cruising up to 200 guests with 5 crew (Captain and 4 crew) plus 5 interior crew.

Some time to unwind after the day out and get ready for the Portuguese evening!

Pateos remind us of a particular moment in Lisbon’s history: from about the 1860’s to the 1880’s, working

people flooded into the capital looking for a better life. They built a new sort of town, with a country flavor

which Lisbon has never lost. Nowadays these Lisbon Pateos are being swallowed up in reinforced concrete,

and PATEO ALFACINHA has restored one of them in mid-city with a breath of village life and community, with

its many rooms and floors linked together with the wisdom and charm of the original, and ironwork and tiles

from old buildings.

Festive “Arraial” Portuguese menu with several buffet stations , including a “Live Bakery” with wood oven

attended by a baker serving typical Portuguese bread (*) meal including beverages and cocktails.

Day 3 – LISBON

Afternoon at leisure

It will be your guests’ individual choice whether to explore other squares, palaces, peculiar museums

like Mude (Design & Fashion) or go for shopping… one of the finest malls in Lisbon, Amoreiras, is in

fact just a short stroll away from their hotel… We will be happy to provide them with all useful info,

both prior to departure and on the spot.

Transfer and Gala Dinner

The Palace we have selected in exclusive use for your event is located on the Eastern Lisbon’s area,

once venue of imponent “Quintas” belonging to the Portuguese aristocracy. This Palace is one of the

biggest icons of the Portuguese history and is one of a few buldings that has resisted to the Herthquake

of 1755, that has destroyed the entire city.

Day 4 – SINTRA

After breakfast the guests will be welcomed in 5 coaches by 5 English speaking tour guides for departure to Sintra.

Located right in the central western Portuguese coast, just a short drive from Lisbon. Sintra, UNESCO World Heritage since 1995, is steeped in history and offers some of the most exquisite natural and architectural sites in the country. The Romans called it “The Mountain of the Moon”. Few places in the world can evoke a sense of magic and mystery as does Sintra. From magical forests to romantic palaces Sintra never fails to seduce.

Guest will be divided into 2 groups to fully enjoy today’s experiences: Group 1) – Jeep Safari in Sintra during the morning and visit to “Regaleira Garden” with some time at leisure in the village during the afternoon Group 2) – Visit to “Regaleira Garden” with some time at leisure in the village during the morning and –

Adventure & Magic in Sintra – Part I

The Land Rovers and UMM pick up the clients (who are already organised in teams of 6/7) at the scheduled time, with the vehicles arriving 60' before. When the group is together and ready to start the day of Adventure they are briefed by the Organisation where the objectives of the event are explained as well as security measures which should be adhered to during the day.

After the Briefing, the Organisation distributes a Road Book and a GPS to each Team, which contains all necessary route instructions for the Teams to start the Adventure. The 4 x 4 vehicles initiate the route with their own Driver whose function is only to drive. He knows everything about programme and route but he will only intervene if and when the clients are hopelessly lost!

Now the orienteering starts: using a map team must direction themselves and reaches a predetermined point. It's at this time that the team realises what they have let themselves in to. Normally after a few minutes of discussion, someone will emerge as a natural team Leader.

Quinta da Regaleira is an estate located near the historic center of Sintra, Portugal. It is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO within the "Cultural Landscape of Sintra". It consists of a romantic palace and chapel,and a luxurious park featuring lakes, grottoes, wells, benches, fountains, and a vast array of exquisite constructions. A Treasure Hunt (optional) can be arranged to make the visit even more fascinating and challenging: based on the history of this estate, most of the treasure hunts here have as main objective the finding of the missing Grail.

Lunch with wine tasting Right next door to the Wine Cellars of the Colares region, there is a modern building with an exterior wooded deck area and a room with glass windows. The main room has a capacity of up to 200 people seated, so the venue will be at exclusive disposal of your group. There is also an adjacent room with a large fireplace and a private exterior garden. The greenhouse/conservatory was reconstructed a few years ago with a contemporary, yet rustic look, to create a great contrast with the wine cellars.

Adventure & Magic in Sintra – Part II Group 1 and Group 2 switch for the afternoon activity.


Transfer and Cosy & Fashionable Farewell Dinner Set amongst abandoned factories in a squalid area of the capital, in the 1980s a derelict printing plant was

transformed into a cosmopolitan and sophisticated restaurant, and nowadays this renovated centuries-old

warehouse has become a national landmark.

A warm and intimate décor made up of red velvet, soft lighting, and steel pillars is the perfect backdrop for your

guest to share delicious Portuguese cuisine as well as memorable moments of this trip.

A fine three course meal (*) will be served; the restaurant will be of your guests’ exclusive use.
