LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR Petroineos April 2014 - Present Reporting directly to the Refinery HR/L & D Team Leader. Manage the delivery of the Competence Assurance and training strategy and support the delivery of specific training in line with team competency matrices. Develop and keep up to date competency matrices for all roles (116) Develop suite of “approved” training for each discipline engineering group which is agreed with TA and meets needs of CMS. Ensure training is delivered in a fit for purpose way for the audience and look for opportunities to improve delivery e.g. by incorporating more e-learning Produce Metrics on mandatory HSE training compliance, competency matrix compliance and status of training demand. Develop and implement Gold Standard accreditation for all technician Line managers Network closely with Refinery managers. And O&P Recruitment/ L&D to ensure the Refining business is adequately served by the site graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
