MethodSentinel Diagnostics Lipase Color Liquid was the fi rst method to use a specifi csubstrate 1,2-o-dilauryl-rac-glycero-3-glutaric acid-(6-methylresorufi n) ester for thedetermination of Lipase. The use of the long-chain specifi c substrate, which acts assignal amplifi er of the reaction, and the absence of secondary reactions guaran-tees the most reliable and accurate results. Right from the outset, Lipase Color Liquidhas represented a reference point in the routine diagnosis of pancreatic diseases.
