Founded in 2007. Staff of 35 people (season over 50 people). There are access tracks, paved roads, all utilities included (plumbing, central heating, electricity, gas, telecommunications, sewage, etc.), there are an administrative, industrial and domestic housing, finished product storage, installation for weighing railway cars and automatic loading of railway cars and trucks. Czech equipment allows to produce fertilizers of any composition efficiently and with high capacity in unlimited quantities, as well as to packge any fertilizers. Shipment of products is implemented by truck vehicles and railway cars either in bulk or in bags: in 25-50 kg valve bags, 500-1000 kg big bags, 500-1500 kg sling bags, and in containers 20’ or 40’.

Delivery of the railcars from the Odessa Port Plant station on its own railway line (up to 11 railway cars), scope of loading and discharge - 5 railcars. Unloading of the hopper cars - capacity 120 tons / hour. From the unloading hoppers of railway cars it is possible

to deliver the fertilizers by belt conveyor and elevator: -for loading in bulk to the truck cars - capacity 100

tons / hour; -to the finished product storage (6000 tons of storage in

bulk);-to the installations for packing in bags (four packaging

machines) – capacity 30 tons / hour;- to the installation of dry fertilizer mixing (three hoppers

for fertilizers and one for microadditives) - capacity 80 tons / hour. Fertilizers are delivered from the storage to the bunkers

by loader, packed finished product is transported by forklifts. All the management is software and is exercised

through the microprocessor technology from the central control. Also available rail ramp for a wagon for loading and

unloading of packaged products, a platform with a concrete surface and gantry crane for dumping the finished products. Possible monthly shipment volume of packaged

products – 10 000 tons.

Launch of the line for small packaging (5-25 kg). The development of the production of

ammonia water. Retail of carbamide-ammonia mixture. Shift in favor of export shipping packed

fertilizers by containers. Establishment of the Customs bonded

warehouse. Purchasing and storing fertilizers for the

season. Purchasing and sales of the fertilizers

residue. Reception of products for sales.
