1. Getting Started
You will receive an email to your registered mail with all the account details once you signup.
verify the account by clicking the link in the mail to activate your account. If you did not receive
the mail, please check your spam box.
1. Proxies are authenticated through IP. Username based auth is available on request.
2. By default all proxies are allowed on whiteist based URL. If you face a URL blocked error,
please contact support so we can unblock full web for you.
3. If you face any issue, always escalate to [email protected] or if our support team is
unable to resolve your query. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we will do
everything it takes to make sure your requirements are met.

6. It takes upto 30 minutes for proxies to get activated after your authorized your IPs in the
panel. So if you face a authentication issue, ensure your IP is added in authorized IP page.
User Panel
After login You will see Limeproxies “User Panel”
The first thing to do after logging in would be to update your computer IPs from where you
will access the proxies. This is how the proxies will be authenticated. Connections from any
other IP not listed in authorized IP will be denied.
2. Authorized IPs
Go to the Authorized IPs page to authorize Your computer IPs from which you will connect to
proxies.
Please wait for 15 minutes after adding your computer IPs to start using the proxies as it takes
time for system to sync the new authenticated IPs.
If you require username/password based authentication, please submit a support ticket to
activate the same.
You can add a maximum of ten IPs in this list. To add more contact customer support.
3. Assigned Proxies
To access assigned proxies to your account click on “Assigned Proxies” in the left pane
4. Check The Proxy Status
To check the proxy Status and to view the proxy geo location click on the “Assigned Proxy” on
the left pane and click on “Check” of Live status. This will show the live status .
If the Proxy is live will be displayed in Green Color
5. Download Proxies list
In the Assigned Proxies you will see all the active proxies in your account click on Download to
access the list.
Proxylist
To add credits to your contact click on “Add Credits” button on the left pane, a windows opens
with three payment options (Stripe, Fast Spring and Paypal) .
Note: If your payment email address is different from that of registered email id in the panel, a
verification email will be sent to your new email id to verify . Any credits added from a new
email id will be pending approval until verified. For example, if your registered email id is
[email protected] and if your paypal email id is [email protected] , a verification link will be sent
to your [email protected] to verify the mail id to prevent fraud.
7. Order New Proxies
To order New Proxies to your account click on “Order new Proxies” button on the left pane,
choose your preferred proxies
For Private Proxies: (USA Only)
Click on “Order new Proxies” button on the left pane, choose private proxies
For Premium Proxies: (Random Worldwide Locations + US)
Click on “Order new Proxies” button on the left pane, choose premium proxies
For International Locations Proxies:
Click on “Order new Proxies” button on the left pane, choose International Locations
For US Locations Proxies:
Click on “Order new Proxies” button on the left pane, choose US Locations
For Dedicated Subnet for TM- 1GBPS
Click on “Order new Proxies” button on the left pane, choose Dedicated Subnet for TM-1 GBPS
and contact the Customer sales for pricing.
8. Proxy Account Renewal
There are two ways for account renewal using LimeProxies.
1. Account Credits : If you had ordered your proxy through dashboard or manual setup Please
ensure there are enough credits in your account for proxies to auto renew. All credits must
be added in advance of atleast 3 days before expiry.
Ensure auto subscription is enabled in the products page. This will automatically deduct your
credit and renew the product. If there is negative credit, this will not work.
2. Auto Billing: This option is available only while ordering from the website limeproxies.com
directly. (Not through the dashboard/user panel). While ordering new proxies, please
chose monthly recurring . This will ensure your card is automatically billed each month and
product is auto renewed.
To remove the auto renewal of the proxy account
Click on the “Assigned Proxies” on the left pane and click “Disable” under Auto subscription tab
to disable the auto renew of the proxy account.
Please note that if you had signed up for auto billing / monthly recurring via paypal/credit card
while ordering, you need to submit a support ticket to cancel the auto billing.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
All orders are covered by our money back guarantee. Please email [email protected] with
your proxy username, payment transaction id or order id and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days . Refund is valid within first 3 days only.
10. Troubleshooting
Proxy authentication required
If you already got the list of proxies for your use, but you can't browse to ANY websites at all,
follow these troubleshooting steps.
In order to start using the proxies, you need to add your source IPs from which you will be
accessing the proxies, otherwise you will be asked to enter your username and password, to avoid
this:
1. Please click on Authorized IPs link and add your IPs to the list.
2. After you add the source IPs wait 30 minutes and try your proxies again.
Unable to connect

Add your source IP on the Authorized IPs list
Website blocked
Please contact support with the URL that is blocked so we can unblock the URL or allow full web
access. If it’s a proxy block, we will be glad to refresh IPs.
Unable to access email
Access to email, ecommerce and spam promotion sites will not be allowed.
Proxy timeout / fail
When you're connected to our proxies, your network traffic flows from your computer through one
of our servers to your destination, and the same way back. The distance itself shouldn't significantly
affect your connection speed, but network congestion at any point can slow things down. Our
servers are never the bottleneck. We monitor their performance and ensure that they have
sufficient extra bandwidth and processing power even during peak times.
If your connection seems consistently slow, when connecting to different web sites, your ISP might
have a slow connection to our server (possible intentionally). Try the following options to resolve
the problem:
1. Check your Monthly Quota. Monthly Quota: 500GB. If you cross this limit you need to contact
support for upgrade of limit.
2. Test all the proxies to know if just certain subnets are slow.
3. Check if you are not doing more than 50 concurrent connections.
4. If after all you keep having a slow connection report the issues through a ticket or via live chat.
Empty list of proxies
If download the list of proxies assigned in your account and is empty, please follow these steps:
1. Contact chat support or open a support ticket with the following

Product #
Geo locations that you need for your product
2. Once the list is updated you can download it and setup your proxies for your use.
Change proxy location
Please contact support to request change of proxy location.
