Introduction

This Is a document for the first trip we have to organise for the Friluftsliv course. Adele Kruse, Mirjam Bruttel and Jolinda de Jong are going to do the trip described in this document. It will be a skitrip in Lillehammer in Norway. The trip takes place on the 21st of February till the 26st of February.

SundaySki to campside next to Sjøsætra (around 12 Km)- Stop in city Nordsetter to buy wood for fire in/outside the hut

Monday, Tuesday, wednesday To Nevefjell Overnight in wooden hut (around 7 km)- Stay there 3 nights

o First night in the hut o Second in snowhole o Third in snowhole or hut

- Make snowhole- Make a trip around the lake to improve technique

Thursday Ski back to Lillehammer (downhill follow ski track+- 15 km)Train leaves in the evening at 19:00 arrive in Kristiansand at 03:30 in the morning
