Lili Lin Creave Director Profile Beginning her conference and events career within a naonal associaon 10 years ago, Lili concurrently completed a Bachelor in Business degree majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She held management roles within a wedding caterer and educaon provider before joining ICMSA in 2016. Lili quickly became an invaluable member of the team and disnguishes herself with her can-do atude and personal approach. Her role as Creave Director sees her lead innovave and creave projects across the company focussing on social and ceremonial events along with STEM outreach iniaves. She provides the ICMSA team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects by devising concepts and strategies for parcular ventures and will monitor its progress from conceptualisaon to delivery. Lili will implement the creave vision of the Conference and become the point of reference for those creave plans. The current projects Lili is leading as the Creave Director, include working with the Commiee on Space Research, COSPAR 2021, the Australian Space Agency and UNSW Canberra to deliver the social and ceremonial events. She is ICMSA’s resident STEM champion and will enthusiascally embrace major projects involving STEM outreach and legacy. Currently, she is managing COSPAR-K, the dedicated STEM park running alongside COSPAR 2021. Oſten people are quick to offer cricism when things are not going so well but forget about the praise part when all is in order. We had a rocky start to the 2018 state conference but Lili and the team did a superb job in managing the event and are steaming ahead of our next two big events. I heard that you had promoted Lili to Creave Director role which is great news, she is a terrific operator and glad to hear that her efforts have been recognised and rewarded.
