DEADLINE TO ORDER:In order to insure the highest quality of your purchase, please submit your orders no later than March 21, 2011 in order to receive it April 18, 2011.

AVAILABLE MONOGRAMS & APPLIQUES:Due to the increasing number of options we have for monograms and appliques, they have not been included in the catalog. When you are ready to place your order, your Dudes & Diva representative will either email you a selection to choose from or point you to a web address that contains the most up to date choices! To see them in person, come visit us at the trunk show, email DudesandDivas@aol.com to be notified of upcoming trunk shows.

DELIVERY: Because all of our items are custom made in the United States, delivery of your product will take 8-10 weeks from date of order. We know this seems like a long time, but please remember each item is custom and hand made for your sweet Dude & Diva. We appreciate your patience. Orders will not be considered “received” and will not begin production until full payment has been made.

REFUNDS:Due to the custom nature of our items, refunds will not be accepted. We will accept exchanges up to 14 days after receipt of shipment for errors or manufacturing defect. We will not accept exchanges for a different fabric or style choice. No exchanges will be made on personalized items unless there is an error on our part. If an item has been worn or washed, no exchange will be approved.

DISCONTINUED FABRIC:From time to time, we do experience discontinuation in fabrics. This is not in our control, but we will contact you and you may choose another fabric for your exchange.

SHIPPING RATES:If you do not purchase your order at the Lil Darlin Dudes and Divas trunk show, your order will be shipped to you and a shipping rate will be added to your order based on the chart below.
