simple circuitry. Its high voltage capability allows direct connection to a rectified AC supply. The compact

The LC5220 series are non-isolated driver ICs for LED lighting which can achieve high efficiency with
simple circuitry. Its high voltage capability allows direct connection to a rectified AC supply. The
compact package which includes output MOSFET and controller, with a low number of external
components. The 5220 series provides additionally a buck-boost set-up with sleep and enable functions
over the 5200 series. Suitable for small lighting applications, i.e. light bulb, down light etc.

The LC5550LD series are PWM and quasi-resonant topology non-isolated buck LED driver ICs. They
incorporate both controller and power MOSFET chips, and are designed for input capacitorless
applications. The controller adapts the average current control method for high power factors. The rich
set of protection features helps to reduce component count, and realise high performance-to-cost power
supply designs.

incorporates the controller chip and power MOSFET, in a quasi-resonant flyback topology, to drive a
wide range of power applications without requiring an electrolytic capacitor. The controller adapts an
average current control method with quasi-resonant topology, enabling the system to realise high
efficiency and low EMI noise.

The LC5700 series are LED driver ICs which integrates the power MOSFET and control IC in a single
package. This IC is a DC/DC converter which is applicable for Buck, Boost and Buck-Boost topologies,
with a wide input range and a high operation frequency (100 to 500kHz). The LED string current can be
set by an external resistor, and dimming level can be controlled by digital (PWM) input signal.

The LC100X series are a constant current LED driver for balancing current between multiple (parallel)
strings. The current can be adjusted by an external resistor. The difference of LED brightness between
strings can be reduced with the constant current control. TSD with thermal hysteresis provides the
feature that LED current can be reduced to keep LED emitting at the detection of abnormal
temperature.
