GEOCELL(Cellular Confinement System) for soil treatment solutions.

The HDPE Grid Panels are well known that an ideal solution to improve the bearing load capacity as well as extend the life cycle when used in civil engineering applications of construction fields such as highway road, railways, dykes and bridges.

Panels are available in different dimensions, depths and cell sizes to be chosen according to the required load calculations as a soil reinforcement layer. Panels will be placed direct on top of well compacted ground soil and filled with available existing site soil, crushed stone, aggregates or concrete without using reinforced steel bars.

The cell walls are perforated to allow water flowing through as high capacity drainage system

EROSION CONTROL Erosion Control

Geocell protects steep slopes against erosion and landslides. The system, which protects the material inside the cell, provides a natural and safe protec-tion against erosion by allowing safe root develop-ment and vegetation.

1. In the crushed stone fill applications, a separation geotextile should be used under the geocells.2. In steep slope applications, it is recommend to use tendons for fixing.3. Slope stability should be checked before the application.4. In steep applications an anchorage ditch should be build for safety.



ROADS

Geocell provides superior ground reinforcement under roads, railways, airfields access roads, side-walks and parking areas The system reduces the base thickness to be used and provides a signifi-cant economical cost of filling.

1. The material to be used inside the cells must be high quality engineering fill.2. The infill material should be compacted with a vibrating cylinder I compactor. 3. A separation geotextile should be used under the geocells.

In the crushed stone fill applications, a separation geotextile should be used under the geocells.2. If there is a membrane on the slope surface, it is recommended to use tendons for fixing.3. Slope stability should be checked before the application.4. In the pond/lagoon applications, the cells are filled with concrete.5. In channel applications and steep slopes an anchorage ditch should be build for safety.

Initially the raw sewage (A) enters a primary tank (PT, B) to provide sep-aration and the breakdown of organic solids (Primary Treatment). The sewage then passes through an effluent filter before discharging into the BIOROCK® unit which incorporates the well proven aerobic diges-tion process (Secondary Treatment) and filtration process (Tertiary Treatment). BIOROCK uses a material with huge surface area which allows colonization of the necessary bacteria, a process which is essen-tial for the effective treatment of domestic wastewater.
