Quick Line Lifts & Interior L.L.C is an associate company of U.A.E & Qatar based of M/S Mechon Trading & Contracting W.L.L.specializing in Turnkey BUILDING (Civil & Structural) & Interior fit-out works. The company was established in 1997 and its growth has been a natural progression to cater for the ever increasing market sophistication and requirements.

With Quick Line Lifts & Interior L.L.C clients can be assured that their orders are processed from start to finish by an experienced team of Project managers, engineers, Supervisors, draftsmen and tradesmen who will deliver to their expectations we have with us a team of highly skilled ma-sons, carpenters, fabricators, welders, painters and gypsum craftsmen to support our project requirements. Quick Line Lifts Interior L.L.C is bound to become synonymous with commitment and quality. In Quick Line Lifts Interior clients would find a reliable name keen on living up to professional and international standards, over and above a company with thorough understanding of the requirements of the local market.

Within this capability, Quickline Lifts & Interior is backed by a carpentry and joinery factory of 16,000 sq. ft located in Ajman to provide functional and decorative joinery for large scale projects in U.A.E, Qatar and Oman.

High-quality materials imported from all over the world are used in the joinery Production. A myriad of combinations are available for interior applications, which testify to the professionalism and expertise of our craftsmen and artisans. Each Specification is carefully studied to extract the data, sequence and layouts, to satisfy the visual and aesthetic effects desired for the project in hand. Working with the designer, samples and layouts are scrutinized to ensure that the planned results are achieved.

Our goal is to become an innovative and leading force in the Middle East in the field of interiors and joinery for hotels, restaurants, malls, offices, showrooms, commercial buildings, villas etc. Our designs are aimed at creating pleasant and captivating environments whether for commercial or residential projects.

6.1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT

It is the stated policy of Quickline Lifts & Interior to ensure that all projects are completed in time meeting the project specification, with in the planned budget and customer satisfaction.

Preparation of project execution plan, preparation of applicable procedures, survey the available and required resources, preparation of the statistical reports regarding to progress, design, procurement, manpower, resources, material fabrication, etc.

Preparation of quality plan and inspection test plans as per the standards.

Implement and there after monitor quality plan and inspection test plan.

Monitor the project plan as per the schedules and monitor the costing over the project.

Decide and there after implement continual improvement plans for the smooth completion of project.

7.1 PROCUREMENT

The procurement procedure we follow one as bellow

Preparation of suppliers list and forwarding to clients/consultant for approval wherever required.

Forwarding the requirement for approval of products also to determine and implement inspection and other activities necessary to ensure that purchased product meets specified purchase requirements.

Expedite quotations, carry out financial evaluations and forwarding the technical evaluations for clients/consultants approval.

Carry out negotiation with selected vendors in respect of price, delivery terms, Payment terms, penalty conditions and inspection procedures, etc.

Carry out supplier selection and evaluate over the new and existing vendors involved in the project.

Forwarding all the documentation like supplier, drawings, Material test certificates for client/consultant approval.

Preparing and expediting schedule for various stages such as raw material procurement, fabrication, Joinery and assembly dispatch etc.

Decide expediting priorities according to schedule criticality and continuously update according to supplier performance and construction progress.

Up date the status by visiting all local suppliers.

Office expedite by means of fax, mail and telephone with all overseas suppliers.

Plan, monitor and arrange all major and urgent shipments to site.

Establish and maintain on a continuous basis material status report indicating up-to-date delivery dates promised in relation to original promises and field requirement.

8.1 QUALITY POLICY

We, Quickline Lifts & Interior at all times strive to achieve, that its products and services fully meet the requirement of its customers and its employees.

In our strive to realize our goals and to ensure that

Customers’ expectation and objectives are fully understood and the

process and resources are planned and allocated on the basis of these

objectives.

Identify potential for errors and take necessary planning and control

action to eliminate such errors

The quality services and projects delivered are reviewed for the level of

client satisfaction and the findings are further reviewed for a potential

improvement process.

Staffs are trained so that its policy and principles are understood and

they imbibe in their day to day procedures and process and monitored

regularly.

Within this policy we will create a space such that our customers and employees take pride in the product they receive and deliver.

09.1 Health, Safety & Enviornmetal Policy

All employees & visitors are required to comply with following.

Obey all warning signs.

Take care that during the performance of their jobs they do not endanger themselves or others who may be effected by their actions.

Use the correct tools provided for the tasks and do not improvise.

Keep their own work area clean and free from obstructions.

Do not engage in practical jokes or horseplay.

Do not encourage others to take risks.

Do not use compressed air for cleaning clothing or equipment and do not point compressed air for cleaning hoses at any person.

Do not remove guarding from any machine, or modify guards to prevent their operation unless permission has been obtained from a competent person.

Do not touch or use any piece of equipment for which they not had training in its correct use.

Immediately notify their supervisor or their competent of any observed hazard or un safe practice.
