When Dennis Tuel, Sr. started in Carlos, MN in 1972 he wanted to build a boat lift that would better serve the lakeshore owners in the area. Even then ShoreMaster’s passion was our customers. It was with that passion that we started crafting aluminum boat lifts in a market dominated by steel lifts. It is with that same passion that we continue to provide one of the deepest and most diverse product line-ups in the market.

In 1985, ShoreMaster operations moved to Fergus Falls, MN and that is still where we call home. With over 100 employees from around Central Minnesota, ShoreMaster continues to be a family orientated, close-knit company with a passion not only for our people but for our community.

It all started for ShoreMaster back in July of 1972 when the first prototype of our aluminum boat lift was mounted on a pickup truck. Dennis Tuel, Sr. (pictured above with wife Marsha) sold 300 lifts by October of 1972 for the 1973 selling season and business as well as boat lifts have never been the same since.

Three adjustable rollers conform to just about any PWC hull style, while allowing you to set them up perfectly for the

Because the ShorePort is so dependable and easy to use, it is a favorite for both individual personal watercraft owners, resorts, and marinas that provide PWC rental. An attractive textured surface means you can access your PWC from either the port or starboard side

WHAT ACCESSORIES DO I CHOOSE?

Boat lift accessories add to your peace of mind in two ways. First, they provide useful and functional protection of your boat or pontoon. Second, they add to the simplicity of storing your boat on the boat lift. For instance, you should pay special attention to the bunk, cradle, or guide setup that is used on your boat trailer, and replicate this with ShoreMaster boat lift accessories as closely as possible on your boat lift. This way you are guaranteed that your boat will be properly supported for storage on your boat lift. ShoreMaster’s bow guide is manufactured with an all aluminum frame with a polystyrene foam, vinyl covered bumper to help keep your boat from overrunning your lift.

BOW GUIDE:

Protect your boat with ShoreMaster’s lift bunks. These bunks are a quick and inexpensive way to protect your investment from rubbing against metal parts of your dock or lift.

LIFT BUNKS:

ShoreMaster’s motor stop is manufactured from aluminum with a vinyl bumper; this motor stop is adjustable to fit hoists that have a straight rack across the bottom. Use our motor stop to help you guide your boat and stop it from passing through the lift.

MOTOR STOP:

This hydraulic box holder is a convenient way to get your hydraulic box up and off the dock. It won’t take up precious dock space and is more safe as well as secure than having your hydraulic box sitting on the dock where it can accidently get knocked in the water.

The Sidewinder fits most major brands of lifts and works on capacities up to 7,000 lbs. The Sidewinder motor is available in 110 volt and 12 volt models with an optional remote control unit available.

Shoreline’s LiftMate universal wheel drive boat lift motor takes the work out of raising and lowering your boat on the boat lift.
