“THE VISION”
To provide a campus-based, structured and individualized post-secondary educational & vocational program for individuals with developmental disabilities.
OPPORTUNITY:The LIFE-OP program affords young adults with
developmental disabilities the opportunity to increase their general knowledge, develop special interests, participate in “campus life” and secure long-term
employment connections while promoting growth in independence.

“THE PLAN”LIFE-OP Will:
Provide students with developmental disabilities the ability to enroll in a college-based program and gain the educational experiences needed to meet their academic and employment goals.
Coordinate CO-OP job experiences and training.
Assist high school students with transitioning through Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Create individualized curriculum.
Help each student engage in “campus life.”
