Currently he is acting as Consultant to a prestigious educational organisations globally. He has lived and worked at educational institutions in Cambridge, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, India and Sweden. His experience covers K- Adults and Teacher-Training. He has been Chair of a committee for the European Council of International Schools presenting on several topics of education and has worked for the International Baccalaureate Organisation in USA. Dr. Bolman believes that art grows on if one was given enough time to enjoy it. She got her first degree from the University of Wisconsin in ceramics, post which she set up the ceramic department for The Madison Art Center and started the Madison Potters Guild and studio. In 1983 after completing her MSW at Smith College School, and living in New York she started working in private practice and teaching for special groups at the Metropolitan Museum. During this time she started pursuing her doctorate at the Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara. She completed her doctorate in Education and received recognition as a Research Fellow in Creative Longevity and Wisdom from the Fielding Graduate University, USA in 2007. In addition he has 5 years experience in e-Governance and has been the first to implement Mobile Governance in WBl, thus recognised as "CHAMPION" by Solution Exchange's forum of ICTD, a UNDP body. He has also been Advisor to Ministry of HRD for policy making for introducing "ICT@School“ and Computerisation for many state governments. An out of the box thinker, who is always interested in Up grading human resource introducing programs with job oriented trainings.
